Sales representative
Join our sales team to let Acy impact even more Estonian businesses in their efficiency and growth. Our flat and solutions-focused culture enables us to deliver seamless digital services and products. As a sales representative, you are Acty’s face and the biggest ambassador. Curiosity, a proactive approach, and a result-oriented mind are the keywords describing you. We expect you to provide initial advice on best practices, and smart solutions to the potential clients. Further on the key account manager will proceed with more detailed consultations and solutions search. You will be a bridge between Acty skills and clients’ business needs playing the most important role in both parties’ success.
What we are looking for:
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Profound knowledge of software development lifecycle
- 1+ year experience in B2B level sales
- Analytical skills and data-driven solutions
- Self-starter with a sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
- Ability to function effectively in hybrid work environment
- Natural talent to see opportunities and find ways to use them
- Strong customer focus combined with an empathic approach
- An accountable team player with an ambition to become a bigger professional
- Excellent Estonian language
Good understanding of UX/UI is a plus

- Maximise our sales efficiency by hitting higher sales targets
- Expand Acty’s customer base by active sales to warm and cold B2B clients
- Ensure our strong presence on the market
- Identify emerging fields and market shifts for potential growth and expansion
